Responsible to the Chief estmator, the successful candidate would be required to work under their own initiative to develop tenders from receipt to submisson. Tenders up to £10 million, mainly in heavy civils, although knowledge of building would be an advantage. Candidates must be computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel. Salary will be commensuate with qualifications and experience.
