A new position of Quality Manager at our Client based in Leicestershire has been created to provide additional resource and focus on quality systems and product quality enhancement.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
This position will report directly to the Managing Director and the main duties will be:
* Manage quality accreditation's and approvals
* Establish and implement FRACAS
* Audit, train and develop the quality systems and processes in the production units
* Evaluate all returns, feedback to relevant departments and agree action plans
* Establish and manage appropriate inspection plans
The individual will ideally have the following background/experience:
* HND in Engineering or equivalent experience
* An understanding of quality systems
* Experience in an automotive or aerospace business would be advantageous
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* The ability to communicate with people at all levels in an organisation
