Project Engineers - Water- Birmingham
We are currently looking for two Project Engineers to join our Water team in the Birmingham office. The principal duties will include feasibility, design and supervision of construction of River Engineering schemes for the Environment Agency, liaison with EA engineers, as well as the preparation of reports and contract documents using the EEC family of contracts.
The successful candidates will ideally be Chartered Engineers with an MEng / BEng in Civil Engineering.
You will need to have at least 2 years experience of the design of water related structures including retaining walls, culverts and outfalls. Some geotechnical experience, a knowledge of hydraulics and hydrology and project management experience would be an advantage.
You must be able to work in a team, with minimal supervision and be a self-starter with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and other involved parties.
