Outline: They are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team of second line telephone support consultants. The successful applicant will be fully conversant with a WIN98/ WIN2000 environment and a knowledge of SQL would be an advantage. Previous telephone support experience and the ability to demonstrate a knowledge of sales/purchase ledger and or management accounting would be useful but not essential. Enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to learn fast is essential as the post is very demanding.
