Our Client based in Hemel Hempstead (soon to be moving to Buckinghamshire) are looking to recruit a PIM Programmes Assistant / Administrator.
Role:
To provide administration support for Engineering/Programme Management and PIM teams.
Principle Accountabilities:
Proficient in the following software packages (To Include, but not be limited to)
MS Windows & Office, Word, Excel, Outlook etc
MS Access database
Lotus Application, Ami Pro, 123
Preparation of professional presentation material using MS Power point
MS Projects 98
Ability to work on own initiative under pressure to support Engineering/Programme Management and PIM teams
Ability to arrange travel both in the UK and abroad ensuring effective communication with suppliers
Support of the PIM teams with customer visits, ability to interact with customers
Ability to multi-task and to manage own time effectively to ensure the management team are supported with often demanding and changing targets
Management of all project documentation including obtaining external specifications
Personal Characteristics:
Proven qualifications and experience in a similar role
Emotionally resilient and able achieve against demanding targets in a complex, multi-disciplined environment
Commitment to work to support the management team with their objectives
Comfortable operating in the midst of sophisticated technical activity, whilst retaining sharp focus on requirements
Basic French Language skills would be an advantage
