Job Specification:
Project Manager to run busy waste water repair and maintenance contract at Preston.
Includes 2 contracts, waste water repair and maintenance and pumping station maintenance contract.
1. Waste water contract includes dig downs, jetting, vactoring, camera works and ancillary inspections.
2. Pumping station contract includes the reactive and planned maintenance of 700 waste water pumping stations.
Total turnover for both contracts is totalled at £4.5 - £5m this year.
Full commercial and scheduling team in place to manage circa 500 jobs per week.
Full operational team in place to manage day to day operations.
