Our Client based in Milton Keynes are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (fluent French Speaking) who will be responsible for providing high quality verbal and written assistance to customers, system integrators and distributors as well as supporting company's own Engineers and the Sales Organisation.
Enquiries will typically be regarding commissioning or breakdowns, however, application or product selection advice may be required. Although the position is technical, "soft skills" are just as important, such as customer and commercial awareness as well as the ability to work closely in a team.
Experience Required:
Experience in Industrial Automation, Controllers, Drives and Motion Control are pre-requisites, as is Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT/2000 and knowledge of e-mail and business computing systems.
Education Required:
Degree or Diploma level in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Fluency in FRENCH is essential.
