Our Client based in North-West London are a brand leader loft conversion company operating predominantly in the west and south-west London area. Due to the continuing growth of our business they are now seeking to fill positions to compliment their existing team so that they can provide our customers with a complete in-house service:-
Draughtsman
To prepare the plans required for Planning and Building Applications - either CAD or hand-drawn - and support the structural engineer.
This position will involve site visits to carry out the measured surveys of the properties and firm up the design brief with customers. You will be working from the head office in north-west London, as part of a team who deal with the initial client enquiry, survey to assess feasibility and quotation, through to completion of the projects. You will be expected to have a full knowledge of the relevant statutory requirements and previous experience in the residential sector would be beneficial.
You will need to possess a full clean driving licence. The package includes an attractive salary, car, private health insurance, mobile phone and generous holiday entitlement.
