Our client based throughout the UK has a vacancy in their Somerset office for a DSL Support Manager. The role will include being responsible for the effective management of the DSL/ Broadband technicial support team. The team comprises of circa 15 members responsible for all the dispatching of incoming calls and offers a 1st and 2nd line technicial support to customers. You will provide mentoring, guidance and advice to all team members and also provide regular feedback to the manager on team performance and related statistics. You will need knowledge of Broadband technologies and TCP/ IP. Ideally with a previous role within an ISP or Telco industry would be of benefit. You must demonstrate management ability in technicial/ helpdesk environment. Ability to correlate, sort and interpret data from a variety of sourcesand be customer focused.
