Purpose:
Lead various project development related to Mobile Phones modem development including RF, Baseband and Protocol Stack Software development.
Manage the main working relationship with external customers, especially with Parent companies in Japan.
To provide strategic and operational direction to the Company, through the achievement of key business and project objectives.
Duties:
Ensure customer expectations are managed and met.
Motivate and lead project leaders and team to deliver overall projects objectives, show support and guidance when necessary.
Ensure Roadmap is in place and communicate and execute.
Represent NTUK departments and or Company when required, including selling the organisations capability.
Ensure department works with other Company departments, cross-sites, and internal and external customers to achieve project objectives.
Instill a continuous improvement work attitude.
Assess and manage risk management scenarios.
Provide timely and effective communications to department junior managers and all department staff.
Ensure appropriate Company Processes, Procedures, Policies and legislation are adhered to and developed.
Define, plan & execute change management issues.
Develop and define Company and Department Mission statements and Department Competence requirements within the NTUK Annual Operating Plan, document number QA-N-PY-05013, and execute.
Delivery of project and relevant business objectives.
Project budgeting (fiscal, human and physical resources).
Overall management of project deliverables.
Management of continuous organisation evolution, challenging current processes to meet the business needs.
Essentials:
Demonstrate previous successful project delivery/management.
Good degree in relevant topic area.
