My client is one of The Sunday Times Top 50 Best Small Companies to Work for 2004, is looking to expand its highly successful, well established sales team with the addition of an experienced individual with a proven track record of selling finance solutions or vertical applications into the SMB marketplace. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will target both new business opportunities and existing clients in the North of England, based from our prestigious Manchester offices.
You must have at least two years' experience in solution selling to the SMB market, be looking to move to a fast moving and rewarding environment, have had experience selling Pegasus, Sage, Access, Exchequer or similar products or have experience in the supply of a vertical application be currently based in the north-west.
You must work well as part of a quality team, both at a sales and delivery level have a highly consultative approach to sales negotiations have a good understanding of underlying Microsoft technologies. You require a full UK Driving license
Responsibilities for the creation and control of a comprehensive sales strategy. Delivery of in excess of £200k gross margin annually. Management of an existing client portfolio. New business generation. Active participation in marketing activities
