My client uses 3D+ the UK's market leading AutoCAD based 3D Structural Modelling software
to produce automated General Arrangements. It integrates with Structural Analysis and Design software. This role will suit a confident and technically capable Engineer/Technician who has a particular interest in 3D Structural Modelling. Working closely with the sales and technical support teams, the Pre Sales Consultant will be involved in detailed technical demonstrations to potential new customers. In addition to the Pre Sales activities, the successful candidate will also be involved in Post Sales implementation by way of on site consultancy and training.
Profile of Candidate
Structural Engineer or Technician. Minimum of 3 years experience in industry. Knowledge of 3D Modelling Software preferably 3D+. Eager to learn and a problem solver. Effective communicator who enjoys meeting new people. Location is flexible
Job Specification
Become proficient in the operation and technical background of 3D+ to help existing and potential users to apply it to solving their engineering problems. Full training will be provided on the use of software and how to provide Pre Sales Demonstrations, support and training to our Users. Pre Sales Demonstrations will already have been organised and pre qualified by the sales team. Provide post-sales, on-site consultancy and training. Assist with the creation of training course and presentation materials. Extensive travel throughout the UK and potential for international travel. Assist with the development and testing of software
