Solid understanding of 2G, 2.5G and 3G test specifications for base-station transceivers and power amplifiers
Strong software development skills using Labview and / or Visual Basic to create stand-alone solutions or interface with in-house and third party test equipment and software
Experience in automated control of Agilent and other RF test equipment
Knowledge of environmental test requirements and associated legislation for telecommunications equipment
Ability to design robust and ergonomic mechanical and electronic test fixtures
A successful track record working in a telecoms product development environment
Proven ability to deliver solutions on time and on budget
Ability to design for high volume, reliability and ease of manufacture
Strong communications skills including authorship of qualification plans and manufacturing test documentation
Minimum 5 years experience in product development engineering
Minimum 2.1 honours degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
