My client is a specialist voice and data infrastructure and services company. Privately owned since 1979, they have always focused on the business communications industry, building an extensive telephony and IT knowledge base with the capability to serve its customers effectively and cost efficiently. My client operates nationwide and has their HQ in Berkshire.
At present my client are on the look out for an Account Team Manager (Sales Manager). You will be responsible for management on a daily basis of a team of up to 12 salespeople. You will be targeted with producing and growing revenue from an existing customer base of up to 2000 clients.
You will be reporting directly to the MD with full responsibility for target achievements, daily personnel management and training. You will use your extensive sales knowledge and engage as a specialist resource in order to close larger deals, provide experience of major account solutions and deal with customer complaints and escalations.
Salary is excellent with a revenue related commission structure. |
