Main Purpose of the Role: To deliver facilities services to meet requirements of current policies and procedures and external legal requirements to the level dictated by the SLA.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Monitors performance by service line providers against SLA and budget, Monitors compliance with all statutory health, safety and fire regulations, Undertakes risk assessments for all communal areas and produces action plans, Suggests process or system improvements and assists in their implementation, Operates MIS system, Produces monthly performance digest, Reports on KPIs, health and safety and security, Manages and controls service line expenditure, Reports on monthly variance and forecasts Holds regular meetings with the service line providers, highlighting performance, problems, resolutions and successes, Deals with telephone and e-mail queries from internal and external customers, Develops and retains positive customer relationships, Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time.
Education/Experience:
Essential: Educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent, Minimum 3 years experience in Facilities or related management role, Experience in the management of service providers, Experience in the preparation and management of budgets, quotations and orders, A working knowledge of health and safety and fire regulations.
Desirable: Building services qualifications.
Technical/Professional Competencies:
Essential: Proficient in MS Office applications
