Application for: Production Line Assembler

Production Line Assembler Electronics Design Production Assembler - to work to electronics manufacturing process and procedures in line with ISO9001. You must have 1-3 years experience of soldering and electronic manufacturing techniques gained in a quality conscious environment. NVQ Qualification is an asset and advantage. You must be a dedicated individual, self motivated with good organisation skills. Your role will be for the day-to-day assembly of electronic products in line with weekly production plan. You will report directly to, and work to, consistent quality standards laid down by the Production Co-ordinator through working to documentation, build manuals and works orders allocated. Your role will also include completion of required paperwork and to give feedback on areas of concern, i.e. incorrect BOMs/Drawings/Parts. You will be required to use automated tooling and deal with a variety of electronic components preparing bare PCBs for automated process. You will assist the throughput of products/assemblies through the Surface Mount processes including Screen Print, Pick & Place, Reflow oven and Wave Solder operations. You must have worked to or be trained in inspection techniques and standards. You must possess a Flexible approach to your working practices as you may be called upon to do other manufacturing processes outside of your daily work routine. £ salary dependent on skills level + 20 days holiday + statutory hols.
