An opportunity has arisen to join the Engineering team at Leek who are responsible for undertaking engineering projects and providing technical engineering support to this small yet busy site. Daily responsibilities will include supporting an assigned area of plant with respect to process optimisation and troubleshooting, responding to incident / accident reports relating to your area, and participating in hazard reviews and risk assessments. You will also be expected to ensure all documentation, drawings, maintenance and archive records are kept up to date for your designated area.
A team player with strong organisational and communication skills ideally you will hold a degree in Chemical / Process Engineering and have experience gained in a similar chemical processing environment. Knowledge of cGMP would be desirable. IT literacy and a good knowledge of Health & Safety are essential.
