Duration is four months plus possible extensions.
The High level scope for the proof of concept is the following:
* Install SYNERGY/Change on existing or new hardware.
* Create poof of concept lifecycles.
* This can be then used for demonstration purposes, etc.
* Some high level lifecycle information is documented in a specification
* Attributes and transition information are discussed at a high level in this specification.
* Create various queries and reports as documented in the specification.
* Create DCM structure from master to satellite databases, if needed.
* Integration via the SYNERGY/Change API for Focal Point:
* Features, release and product information.
