To provide an on site service, commissioning new equipment, servicing existing systems, or providing training for customers own personnel, with the operation, calibration or fault finding of our instruments.
To provide telephone assistance to customers who are experiencing problems with our instruments on how to solve them, or make arrangements for a Service Engineer to go to site and rectify the problem.
The successful applicant would be working from home and be based in the North Midlands or the North West of England.
Applicants should have knowledge of electronics/electrical engineering, a background in instrumentation together with recognised qualifications and be prepared to travel within the UK. A flexible attitude to work and the right personality to deal direct with customers will also be required.
