Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Role: Combines system testing, documentation, user training and telephone based customer support. Applicant will have system testing and doumentation experience using structured methods. Ability to train others and project a professional customer facing image is essential, also a talent for producing high quality documentation for use by users and as training material.
