A unique opportunity for innovative both Sales & Engineering professionals to support the controlled growth of a Customer focused business venture has arisen. My client are an independent Systems Integrator of variable speed drive schemes with specialist technical expertise in S.C.A.D.A. and P.L.C. controlled drive systems. Installed sales and technical support references can be cited across all the major process industries from simple fan and pump applications through to scada supervised process lines in the metals, paper, cable, wire, rubber, plastic and other industries. We are seeking ambitious personnel who have the drive & determination to meet attainable business targets to help generate sustainable growth and track our current Business Plan. You are expected to be highly qualified with proven track record in their chosen engineering discipline. Have a powerful work ethic with clear communication & interpersonal skills. You should be highly self motivated with a positive disposition towards problem solving under pressure. You will be innovative, commercially & technically astute. Sales Managers should have proven track record in the sale of drive systems across all market sectors. Drive applications knowledge should be second to none with experience of the A.B.B., Siemens or S.S.D. product range preferred but not essential. Location - Preferably Lancashire & South of England Project Design Engineers should have a proven track record of providing comprehensive technical support on a turnkey basis including pre-sales support, project management, hardware/software designs, test, commission & service support. In depth experience of Allen-Bradley and or Siemens P.L.C. systems with accompanying expertise in S.C.A.D.A. is a pre-requisite. Drives experience would be an added bonus but not essential.
