My client has an exciting opportunity for a Design Engineer to join a successful team and provide IDS, EAC and CCTV design solutions in line with BT project rollout programmes. You will also provide direct support for surveyors / regional engineers and regional managers.
Your responsibilities will include the preparation of construction issue floor plans from survey drawings. Preparation of system schematic from construction floor plans. Preparation of databuild information from the above floor plans and schematic. Preparation of proposals and quotations. Compile overall documentation for submission to client. Produce and maintain internal quote and tender correspondence files. Detail designs from customer security briefs and/or written requests. Maintaining the job database
You should possess a working knowledge of NACOSS and be qualified to ONC level or above in electrical competences.
Qualities: Able to work within time constraints to achieve customer needs. Able to work with minimum supervision alone and as part of a team. Self motivated. Demonstrate initiative in problem solving. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Logical approach
You are required to have a full clean driving licence and be should be flexible to working hours with respect to workload. Excellent salary dependent on experience. Based near Lancashire. |
