My client currently have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical\Software Project Engineer. The key functions of this position include: Development of new software platforms/techniques. Advancement/refinement of existing software platforms/techniques/control systems. Project Management of all aspects of machine electrical design. Liaison with customers (internal & external) and suppliers. Start up ongoing support for complex control systems
Acquired Knowledge or Qualifications - Programming PLC systems and AC and DC drive systems. Computer literate in Microsoft applications. SCADA. Fieldbus applications. AutoCAD. Graduate Electronic / Electrical Engineer. Relevant British & European Regulations. Web/Textile Handling. Step 7. WinCC. Experience of pneumatic, hydraulic, machine controls, & other mechanical systems. Process /Vacuum system experience. Continual self appraisal of current, relevant marketplace issues. Promise – Electrical Drafting Package
