This company provide engineering, manufacturing & technical support including maintenance, repair, conversion and modification to the Rail Industry. They are now looking to recruit an experienced PaintShop Manager to take full responsibility for their busy Paint Shop, covering all aspects of the process from preparation to final inspection.
In addition, the postholder will:
Be conversant with two pack paint systems used on road and rail transport systems.
Be able to develop specifications and undertake costing of jobs, liaising with customers on all aspects of the work.
Be organised and able to deal with the administration as well as the operational side of the role, including resource planning.
