To provide sales support for Pharmaceuticals project pursuits.
To help grow and develop the Pharmaceuticals projects group and provide leadership to the project teams.
Your specific responsibilities will be:
In a challenging, dynamic business environment, resource projects teams, in conjunction with headcount constraints, to meet the demands both within the Pharmaceutical Group and across the whole of the Project Business.
Achieve/exceed performance to financial budgets on both Pharmaceutical projects and the Pharmaceutical Group Cost Centre.
Take ownership for implementing new Pharmaceuticals initiatives, taking direction from senior business management.
Establish a performance management culture ensuring that individual/team objectives are aligned to business management.
Provide a high level of leadership to the Pharmaceutical Group and develop a winning Pharmaceuticals team.
Ensure the Company Project Methodology (Project Execution Process) is applied on the UK/Ireland Projects and Pursuits.
Directly manage large Pharmaceuticals projects.
Some international travel is expected in the role.
Ideally you will have a degree in Engineering or a suitable equivalent.
Relevant experience in a Senior Project and Business Unit Management position. |
