Responsibilities General:
To understand the operation, specification and application of all company products.
To liaise with the product design teams ensuring circulation of the latest information.
To provide a technical reports on activities and product developments each month.
To provide technical support and assistance to all company departments and customers.
Provide technical appraisals on competitive products.
To take responsibility and ownership of tasks ensuring that work is completed on time and in accordance with the targets and quality standards set by management.
To participate in and encourage team working throughout the company.
Responsibilities Specific: (post training)
Provide project engineering support in liaison with the customer support department team as detailed by the European Support Manager.
Liaise with customers in order to create and agree project specifications.
Liaise with suppliers of system components in order to realise project delivery dates and cost requirements.
Liaise with Internal departments, to deliver supporting documentation and ensure project constraints are fully understood and projects are delivered on.
Provide hands on prototype systems development.
Provide customer support help desk service when requested.
Visit customers with Sales Engineers, Managers, Customer Support Engineers.
