Areas that are covered includes route and station developments within rail, design of water and gas supplies for building service, electrical engineers for healthcare and education design and management, design and supervision of projects within the power sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-established, fully competent professional to join one of their key discipline groups. This position involves acting as the leading technical contributor in some of their more complex and critical client situations, and may also act as Team Leader. As a Team Leader, the jobholder may be leading a small team of people with responsibility for day-to-day supervision of staff, management of individual performance and scheduling of resources. As an established professional, the jobholder develops and maintains high credibility and influence inside the Company and within the clients` organisation and interfaces up to senior management level and possibly Board level. The role involves significant project responsibility with the jobholder leading projects with considerable impact, proactively managing change requests and identifying risks. The role also involves identifying opportunities to leverage their expertise in marketplace and delivering presentations as a technical expert to peer groups, senior management, clients and suppliers.
About You:
Building Services Degree qualified.
Experienced within a building services consultancy environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of mechanical services engineering, with good knowledge of ph and electrical systems.
Candidates will need to be creative and innovative as well as confident at problem solving, and looking for a challenging but rewarding role.
