My client are currently looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
They are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join their Sales and Marketing Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, pursuing new leads generated by the strong internal marketing team, developing new accounts and achieving sales throughout a designated territory.
They develops applications and solutions in the Industrial Control and IT arena. The successful candidate will possess the drive and ambition to develop these aspects of their business.
The company`s CRM system will provide a good sales support tool and process for the successful candidate to follow, and a mechanism for reporting progress against sales targets and KPIs.
Daily Activities:
Visiting customers / prospects
Key account management
Drafting and following up proposals
Sales forecasting
Following up marketing campaigns
Identifying and reporting market trends / needs
Participating in exhibitions and seminars
Knowledge and Experience Required:
A proven record in a solutions based sales role, and direct experience of one or more of the following technologies would be advantageous - Manufacturing Execution Systems, Management Information Systems, Process Control Systems.
Training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
